We utilize the Two-Man delivery method for larger furniture items such as teak garden furniture chairs, tables, rattan garden furniture, etc. Rest assured that your delivery will be conducted carefully and punctually.

Which areas do we deliver to?
We deliver to all mainland addresses in England, Wales, and Southern Scotland as depicted on the map. Free delivery is available in areas marked in red on the delivery zone map. Additionally, we offer delivery to North Scotland, Northern Ireland, and all offshore islands such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, etc., at a flat rate.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer overseas delivery, with the exception of Southern Ireland.

Is there import tax from the UK to Southern Ireland?

Yes, since Southern Ireland is part of the EU, the buyer is responsible for paying customs duty on items purchased online in the UK and delivered to Southern Ireland. Additionally, VAT may be applicable. It’s advisable to determine the VAT and import charges before placing an order from a UK-based site.

Can I arrange my own shipping?

Certainly, if you prefer to arrange your own shipping, that’s not a problem. We’re available to offer advice on shipping if needed.

Can I collect my order myself?

Yes, you’re welcome to collect your order from our warehouse. Please email us to schedule the collection date and time, ensuring that the person who placed the order collects it and provides identification.

Can I send a courier to collect my order?

While we prefer to handle furniture delivery ourselves for safety reasons, if you opt to use an external courier, you’ll need to pay for your order in advance. Then, please email us to arrange the collection date and time.

Can you unbox, assemble my furniture, and take away the packaging?

Regrettably, due to health and safety concerns, particularly related to COVID-19, we no longer provide these services.
